Karibu Kenya

Location: Nairobi

Once you land at JKIA, a private driver will be waiting to take you straight to your hotel so you can finally settle in. When you’re ready, you’ll head out to spend your afternoon at the Giraffe Centre . In the evening, you have the option to head over to Carnivore to experience a real Kenyan Nyama Choma. This famous grilled meat feast is roasted over a charcoal pit and carved right at your table, making it a fun and lively way to celebrate your first night. PLEASE NOTE: * Entrance fee for the Giraffe Centre must be paid individually. The rates are Ksh 1,500 (~$12) per adult and Ksh 750 (~$6) per child. * Restaurant reservations are arranged, but meals must be paid for individually. The preferred currency for payments is Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Arrival at Tsavo-west

Location: Tsavo West National Park

In the morning, you will start your drive to Tsavo-West. Once you arrive, you will head to your lodge and have a nice lunch. In the afternoon, you will go on an exciting game drive at Tsavo-West National Park to look for animals. Keep an eye out for Tsavo’s famous "red elephants," which get their color from the red dust in the area. You might also see lions, giraffes, and many different types of birds. To end your day, visit a scenic spot to watch the beautiful African sunset before returning to your lodge for dinner.

Explore the Wild Landscapes of Tsavo-west and Arrival at Amboseli

Location: Amboseli National Park

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge as the morning sun begins to light up the savannah. After checking out, you will head into the heart of Tsavo West National Park to visit the spectacular Shetani Lava Flows. This vast expanse of folded black rock formed only a few centuries ago, and you will have the chance to explore the dramatic volcanic terrain that local legends once described as the work of the devil Stop at Mzima Springs for a picnic lunch, where you might spot hippos and crocodiles through the underwater viewing area. Later in the afternoon, head to Amboseli. Once you arrive at your lodge, settle in and relax as you look forward to your safari around the park tomorrow.

Discover Amboseli National Park and Return to Nairobi

Location: Nairobi

After breakfast and check-out, embark on an unforgettable game drive across Amboseli sweeping plains, with Mount Kilimanjaro providing a stunning backdrop. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Observation Hill, offering panoramic views of Amboseli’s plains and swamps. You will be able to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife. To conclude your journey in Amboseli, you will visit a Maasai village for a hands-on cultural experience, where you can join in their traditional dances and learn about their ancient customs and beautiful beadwork. Later in the afternoon, you will begin your journey back to Nairobi. Once you arrive, your driver will drop you at your hotel, giving you plenty of time to freshen up and relax. You can enjoy a quiet evening at the hotel as you rest and prepare for your journey to Nakuru tomorrow. PLEASE NOTE: * Optional Activity: Hot-Air Balloon Safari Experience a hot-air balloon safari for $450 per person. Please note that this activity is weather-dependent.If you choose this option, you will be picked up from your hotel at 5:00 AM. After the Hot-Air Balloon Safari you will enjoy a traditional bush breakfast. You will then be returned to the hotel for some relaxation before checking out to begin your journey back to Nairobi. * The visit to the Maasai Village requires an upfront payment directly to the Village Chief. The average cost is approximately $30 per person

Arrival at Hell’s Gate

Location: Lake Naivasha

In the morning, you’ll start the drive down to Naivasha. On your way, you will stop to enjoy a relaxed lunch before heading to Hell’s Gate National Park. Here, you can enjoy a unique safari experience with the chance to see wildlife up close and the beautiful scenery that inspired the production of the Lion King movie. Afterward, you’ll head to your hotel. In your hotel, you can have a delicious dinner and then spend your evening relaxing as you look forward to your next experience. PLEASE NOTE : Kindly remember to bring some cash with you to pay for your lunch. The preferred currency for payments is Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Explore Lake Nakuru National Park

Location: Lake Nakuru National Park

Begin your day with breakfast at your lodge.After breakfast, set off on a morning game drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, where you'll encounter diverse wildlife including Burchell’s zebras, Rothschild’s giraffes, Cape buffalo, eland, waterbuck, gazelles, impalas, baboons, colobus monkeys, hyenas, jackals, leopards, and possibly lions. This world-renowned bird sanctuary, home to over 450 species, offers breathtaking bird watching opportunities, particularly flamingos. During your game drive, you will stop at a picnic site where you can enjoy your packed lunch surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. In the evening, return to your lodge to enjoy dinner and relax as you prepare for your journey to the Masai Mara the next morning.

Arrival at Masai Mara National Reserve

Location: Masai Mara National Reserve

In the morning, you’ll start the drive down to the Masai Mara. Once you arrive you will be taken to your lodge so you can freshen up and enjoy a nice lunch. Later, set off on an afternoon game drive, tracking the Big Five and witnessing wildlife roaming freely across the vast plains. Included in the game drive: * Visit the Mara River to see crocodiles and hippos in their natural habitat. * During migration season (July - October), witness over 1.3 million wildebeest, 500,000 gazelles, and 200,000 zebras cross the Mara River, a breathtaking spectacle known as the "World’s Eighth Wonder." Return to your lodge for a delightful dinner and a peaceful night under the stars

Location: Masai Mara National Reserve

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, the prime time to witness wildlife at its most active. As the golden light spills over the savannah, keep an eye out for predators on the hunt and herds stirring to life. After a morning out, head back to the lodge for a nice lunch before heading out again for an afternoon game drive. Along the way, you’ll visit a Maasai village to spend some time learning about their culture. It’s a great chance to see their traditional practices and the famous Adumu warrior dance, giving you a real connection to the local culture. PLEASE NOTE: The visit to the Maasai Village requires an upfront payment directly to the Village Chief. The average cost is approximately $30 per person

Elevate Your Masai Mara Experience and Return to Nairobi

Location: Nairobi

After having breakfast and check-out, head out for an early morning game drive to catch the wildlife while they’re most active. After your morning game, you'll begin the journey back to Nairobi.On your drive back to the city, your driver will stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. It’s the perfect place to step out of the car, stretch your legs, and take a deep breath. Looking out over the vast escarpment is one of those 'wow' moments where you can truly see the scale of East Africa. Once you've settled into your hotel for the night, feel free to just relax and enjoy the hotel facilities at your own pleasure. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Hot-Air Balloon Safari Experience a hot-air balloon safari for $450 per person. Please note that this activity is weather-dependent.
